Iboxstore online shop readily serves customers from all over the world. Therefore, we work with the biggest international delivery companies, to assure most secure and executive transportation. The ordered goods are supplied on FCA terms according to INCOTERMS 2000.
Please kindly open the package in the presence of the courier and check package content. We are not responsible for missed items after the package was accepted and signed as received.
In-stock orders are shipped within maximum 2 working days after the payments are entered to our account. We ship from Monday till Friday. Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays and certain enounced holidays will be processed during 2 next working day.
The average delivery time is 3-5 days depending on delivery company and destination address.
NB! The terms of shipment via Hongkong Post service may vary from 14 to 60 days depending on the target destination.
Shipment costs are not included in product prices. They are calculated due to the pricing policies of the delivery companies. Please note: the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of every item is indicated on its description page.
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order is paid, Iboxstore will ship the ordered items to you by means of the delivery company you've selected. Our manager will send you an e-mail with the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your package, enabling you to track the parcel all its way to you. You can track your package directly from the website of the respective delivery company.
Please, be very careful while writing down your shipping address and zip code. As soon as you noticed any mistake in the address, please inform our manager immediately.
Shipping Requirements for PayPal payment customers
Iboxstore online shop doesn't ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship only to the PayPal holder's billing address indicated in the PayPal account. Due to high level of our SSL (Secure Credit Card) transaction system, every customer may feel safe while using his/her actual billing address.
Our Policy on Out of Stock Items
All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
In this case we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.
The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Damaged Packages Return Policy
Our company is not responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with custom clearance. Therefore, please check with your country's custom policies before placing an order.
Our company is not responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service failed to deliver your package(s) to the given destination address after several attempts (due to your absence).
If the customer receives parcel with damaged items, s/he shall do the following:
- report the damage to the delivery company and make photos of damaged items/parcel;
- make a claim against the delivery company for the damaged items/parcel for the same amount as declared in the invoice;
- refuse to pay delivery cost;
- request delivery company to send back and resend the goods free of charge.
Please, take into consideration that seller's responsibility ceases when the product has been shipped off to the address specified by the customer. We are not responsible if the customer ordered wrong items by mistake either. In this case customer is eligible to receive a refund excluding shipment cost.
Our warranty does not cover risks of product(s) damage or loss within the responsibility of delivery company. Therefore, please check the parcel right upon receipt and compare the content with the packing list in the presence of the courier. Our company is not responsible or liable for any faults discovered after you have accepted the parcel. If your package is lost by the delivery company, you should claim against them directly. However, take into consideration that they will compensate for the lost products only within the amount at risk indicated in the invoice according to your request.
Please be aware that compensation for lost or damaged by the delivery company packages will be issued within the declared value. This applies to insured parcels only. Note that insurance will cost you 2% extra of ordered goods (your should leave a special message during making the order if you wish to make the insurance and to pay 2% of the value you wish us to declare.)
IMPORTANT: compensation will not be paid off if you choose HongkongPost delivery company as well as EMS if sent to the following countries: Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please read carefully the refund policies on the websites of the relevant delivery companies.
Please note that we will accept your return only in case item was not used, must be new in original condition and original packaging, not registered on support online server. Returns for Softtware subscrioptions are not accepted.
User can exchange any item within 14 days after the purchase (excluding the delivery time) if the exchangeable item is in stock however restocking fee of 20% may be charged.. Otherwise all the complaints will be sent to manufacturer and the money paid for the item will be refunded. Please pay attention that we do not accept return without confirmation with our sales team. Our sale manager will provide you address for return, please note that we do not refund delivery cost (only item cost can be refunded).
Usually warranty covers 6 month from the time of item dispatching (check each item listing for more details). Please make sure to ask our managers about correct warranty period for purchased goods to avoid misunderstandings.
Warranty does not cover any expenses for shipping to the company any damaged items and shipping of the repair/exchange items to the customer, unless customer have received malfunctioning device with the warranty sticker.
Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused buy postal or shipping services. We recommend you to carefully check the package contents according to mailing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative.
Before sending items for warranty service, please contact our manager to find out all the details concerning your issue.
In case of eligibility for warranty service, customer should return to company fully packaged item with all the accessories, manuals, documents etc, invoice and filled out certificate of compliance.
If our investigation shows that malfunction was caused by the user, repair and shipping will be paid by the customer.
We provide post-warranty repair, no matter how much time has passed after the item purchase. Price of the repairs is set for each case individually.
